Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this hotel. During check-in, I asked about the type of room in our reservation and discovered it was an accessible room. I requested a switch to a regular room, but none were available. When we checked the room, it was in awful condition in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. To make matters worse, we saw rats running through the hallway. The price was extremely high compared to other hotels in the area, and the service was poor. I attempted to cancel the stay, but after check-in, a refund was no longer possible. Unfortunately, I have to rate this place a zero.

How the clerk at night time who checked me in on the other hand was very very appropriate he got the job done even with his system was not allowing him to and allowed people who had reservations to continue with their reservations and handled it in a professional way a plus

This is actually the only hotel I trust in salinas. I'm from the area so I know how it is around here. It's hot every where but by far this one is cool. I mean it's not on a safe area but I had a safe stay so idk. I stayed here for about 2 weeks and it was perfectly fine. My kids were noisy nobody complained the maids were extremely friendly. I can't complain the sheets where Clean keep in mind that prior to being here I had been in motel 6 which is infested in bed bugs. This one was clean It took me 2 days to get rid of them and i only stayed for a bit and thee amount of clothes I threw away my God.
